↩️ RETURNS & REFUNDS
As a small, made-to-order brand, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item has a genuine manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a replacement:
- Record an uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or alterations are not eligible
- In case of a refund, the amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s account within 6–7 business days.
